This study evaluates the digital literacy barriers encountered by users of the Social Security System (SSS) e-GIV platform and examines how these barriers affect overall user satisfaction. Using a quantitative descriptive-correlational design, the research analyzes four dimensions of digital literacy: technical skills, access to technology, digital knowledge, and cognitive barriers. Findings indicate that while users generally demonstrate adequate digital literacy—particularly in access to technology—cognitive challenges and instructional complexity still hinder optimal system use.
