BE PART OF OUR TEAM!
The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is in need of one student assistant who will be assigned to SACDEV (Student Activities and Leadership Development) for Academic Year 2013-2014.
Qualifications:
• Male or Female
• Shall enrol either this summer or first semester (AY 2013-2014)
• Must have at least 3 duty hours daily
• Second Semester QPI of at least 2.0
• Knowledgeable on basic Microsoft Applications (Eg Word, Excel)
• Dynamic and willing to be trained
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Encoding of project proposals and project reports
• Updating of SACDEV Filing System
• Office Errands
• Assist in handling requests for venue reservations
Benefits and Privileges:
• Opportunity to interact with the student leaders and travel with them for free
• Participation in leadership trainings conducted by SACDEV-OSA
• Exposure to a professional work experience
Application Process:
Please report to SACDEV-OSA (Rm 204, 2/F Magis Student Complex) with your second semester (AY 2012-2013) grades and look for Ms Richel Petalcurin.

The American Field Service - CDO Chapter in partnership with the Ateneo School for Upcoming Leaders is inviting freshmen of Xavier University to attend the Philippine Youth Leadership Program Road Show. It will introduce the program which is a one month leadership training in the United States. For more details, visit the SACDEV Volunteer Center, Rm 206 2/F Magis Student Complex, or through their website at http://bit.ly/YA5GA2.

November 10, 2012 (Saturday)
12:30 PM - Registration
1:00 PM - Opening Program/ Little Theatre
3:30 PM - Small Group Discussions / Classrooms
5:30 PM - End of Orientation
ORSEM is a pre-requisite program for claiming of University ID. All new students (freshmen and transferees) are required to attend the session.
