Just months after achieving her dream of passing the November 2024 Civil Engineering Board Exam, Engr. Gallenero, a dedicated former JPICE officer is facing a very unexpected battle: 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝘂𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗘𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘀𝘂𝘀 (𝗦𝗟𝗘).

Instead of starting her career, she is enduring continuous hospitalization and treatments. The mounting medical expenses have become overwhelming for her family, and they urgently need to raise ₱300,000 just to cover the cost of her essential daily medications.

Engr. Gallenero has spent years learning how to build strong foundations for others. Now, she needs our help to rebuild her own health.

As the 2025-2026 term of the JPICE - USTP CDO Chapter draws to a close, the Executive Council took the floor one last time during 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝟰𝗖𝗘: 𝗔𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 to deliver their privilege speeches.

These quotes capture the heart of this administration's journey. From the legislative actions that propelled us forward, to the empathy that grounded us; from the transparency that earned your trust, to the quiet, unseen dedication that held our foundation together—these words reflect a year of leading with genuine purpose and action.

We didn't just hold titles; we executed a shared vision. To the Civil Engineering student body, thank you for being the reason we stepped forward.

After rigorous deliberation of all the proposals presented at 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝟰𝗖𝗘: 𝗔𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲, we are thrilled to announce the resolutions that have officially been passed!

While many great ideas were brought to the table, these approved policies were successfully finalized to best advocate for the needs and uphold the interests of our Civil Engineering student body.

A massive thank you to everyone who participated, shared their insights, and helped shape these decisions. By standing together and making our voices heard, we are creating a more proactive and empowered community for everyone.

During today's VOICE4CE plenary session, the student body officially approved the act to establish and institutionalize 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱.

Authored and championed by Hon. Antonia Marie Arlante, 1st Year Representative, this approved act formally establishes a standard for responsible online behavior and digital ethics. This is a tremendous step forward in fostering a respectful, accountable, and professional digital environment within the JPICE - USTP CDO Chapter.

During today's VOICE4CE plenary session, the student body officially approved the bill to institutionalize 𝗞𝗮𝗖𝗘𝘆𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻 as our Official Civil Engineering Month Celebration.

Authored and championed by Hon. Ethelle Franchette Patiño, 3rd Year Representative, this approved bill formally designates the month of 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 as our official CE Month Celebration. This is a tremendous step forward in fostering unity, pride, and excellence within the JPICE - USTP CDO Chapter.
