The PHINMA-COC Practical Shooting Club successfully conducted a Live Firing Session at the NMPSA Firing Range in Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City. The session was facilitated by Sir Edwin Auceran Jr. and Mr. Kim Dexter Ramirez who began Reviewing the Fundamentals of Marksmanship and The Safety Mechanism.

Both 1cl, 2cl & 3cl actively participated in the activity with the 1cl & 2cl guiding and assisting the 3cl members ensuring proper firearm handling and reinforcing a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement within the club.

On September 5, 2025

The PHINMA-COC PRACTICAL SHOOTING CLUB recently held its orientation and membership drive, welcoming new members into the organization. This event introduced students to the club’s core values of discipline, focus, and precision, while highlighting the importance of safety and sportsmanship in practical shooting. This session led by MR. EDWIN A. AUCERAN JR. RCRIM, together with 1CL, 2CL, AND 3CL.

Members had the opportunity to learn about the club’s activities, training programs, and how being part of the club can help them develop both skill and character. It’s an exciting step for students who aim to challenge themselves, build camaraderie, and hit their personal targets, both on and off the range.

From August 04 to 08, 2025, the PHINMA-COC Practical Shooting Club gathered to welcome and add enthusiasm to freshmen students from various departments, showcasing our organization's commitment to fostering a sense of community and shared passion for practical shooting. Our organization recruited 1st-year criminology students who are dedicated and committed to being one of us that shares the same passion when it comes to showing and improving their knowledge and skills regarding fi****ms. We're not only building a team of like-minded individuals but also providing a platform for them to sharpen their skills, develop their knowledge, and grow as individuals. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where members can learn from each other, improve their marksmanship, and develop essential life skills such as discipline, focus, and teamwork.
