Google PH offers 39,000 scholarships Google Philippines on Wednesday said it is offering 39,000 Filipinos the chance to study and complete an online certificate course through its Google Career Certificates scholarships.

Thank you for all of your hard work and patience along the way. We’re so grateful for your continued activity on campus (as active GSA or alumni) and for your work to sustain Google initiatives in your student community.

As they say, all good things must come to an end. We’ve made the very difficult decision to say goodbye to the GSA Program going forward. This is in no way due to a lack of impact on your part -- GSAs have been as a critical channel by helping Google to plug into campus needs, reaching and training millions of people globally. However, after significant research, we’ve come to the conclusion that it’s time for the program to re-evaluate how it can best address global educational needs.

But we’re still committed to keeping a strong relationship with your university and maintaining an active Google student presence on campus. And we have other community programs committed to providing resources and trainings for students using Google services and technologies. We’d like to invite you to drive the creation and growth of university specific Google Developer Groups (GDGs) and/or Google Business Groups (GBGs) to continue to host events, trainings and workshops. We also encourage you and students on campus to explore programs and opportunities on our Google for Education page.

Thank you again for your hard work, passion and enthusiasm. Your dedication and contribution to the global Google community has been deeply felt and will leave a lasting legacy.
