Monday Topic: Body Autonomy ❤️

Did you know that your body is very special? It belongs to you and only you! This is what we call 'BODY AUTONOMY'. It's a big phrase, but it means something simple: YOU ARE THE BOSS OF YOUR OWN BODY!

Just like you choose your favorite ice cream flavor, you can choose how you want to use your body. Do you feel like dancing? Go ahead and wiggle! Want to give yourself a big hug? You can do that too! Your body is yours to enjoy and take care of.

Sometimes, you might not want to be touched, even if it's a high-five or a hug. That's okay! You can always say 'no thank you' or just shake your head. And guess what? Everyone else has body autonomy too. If your friend doesn't want a hug, we respect their choice. It's all about being kind and listening to each other.

Your body can do amazing things - it lets you jump. laugh, think, and so much more.
Remember, you are in charge of your wonderful body!
