The Paseo del Río Campus community gathered in prayer and thanksgiving for our First Friday Mass on August 7, 2026, bringing together students, faculty, staff, and members of our school community in a meaningful celebration of faith.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Mass presider, Rev. Fr. Bobbit Laroga, SSS, for celebrating with us and sharing a message of faith and inspiration.

The 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐆𝐏𝐓𝐀) 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 was successfully held this August 15, 2026, bringing together parents, teachers, and school leaders in a meaningful celebration of partnership and shared commitment to our learners.

The program featured the election and induction of the new GPTA and HRPTA Officers, followed by an inspiring message from our inducting officer, Dr. Winston B. Gallinero, whose words reminded us of the importance of unity, service, and collaboration between home and school.

The newly elected GPTA President, Mrs. Monica Tiu, also delivered her acceptance speech, expressing her gratitude for the trust given to the new officers and her commitment to working together with parents, teachers, and school leaders in support of our learners and the school community.

We thank all our parents, teachers, and school administrators for their active participation and continued support.

May our new set of officers lead with dedication, purpose, and a genuine commitment to building a stronger school community. Together, let us continue to work hand in hand for the growth and success of our learners. 💛♥️

ANNOUNCEMENT: DRESS CODE REMINDER FOR ALL LICEANS

Dear Liceans,

Please be reminded to observe the University Dress Code Policy when wearing non-uniform attire or during non-class days. The dress code guidelines are based on the provisions stated in the Liceo de Cagayan University Student Manual and the Memorandum on the Amendments to the University Dress Code Policy dated April 4, 2024.

We encourage everyone to dress appropriately and observe the standards of decency, discipline, professionalism, and respect expected of every Licean.

In accordance with Memorandum No. 09 issued by the Office of the University President, and in observance of the Death Anniversary of the University Founder, Atty. Rodolfo N. Pelaez; Ninoy Aquino Day, a special non-working holiday pursuant to Republic Act No. 9256 and Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025; Cagayan de Oro City Day, a special non-working holiday pursuant to Proclamation No. 1581, s. 2008; and National Heroes Day, a regular holiday pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006, s. 2025, classes and office operations at Liceo de Cagayan University shall be suspended on the following dates:

Healthy minds, healthy bodies, and happy hearts!

The Preschool and Grade School Department of Liceo de Cagayan University – Paseo del Río Campus successfully celebrated its Nutrition Month Culminating Activity last July 31, 2026. The event brought together our young Liceans in a fun and meaningful celebration that highlighted the importance of proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and overall well-being.

Through engaging classroom activities and enthusiastic participation, our learners showcased their creativity, knowledge, and commitment to living healthier lives. To our dear parents, thank you for partnering with us in nurturing healthy habits for our children.

The Liceo de Cagayan University – Paseo del Río Campus Basic Education Department came alive with excitement and enthusiasm as students from Grades 4 to 10 gathered for the Club Fair 2026 on July 24, 2026.

Organized by the Liceo Basic Education Supreme Student Government (SSG) under the guidance of Mr. Romeo Bactong, the event opened with inspiring remarks from Ma'am Jasmin Lagumbay, who encouraged students to actively participate in school organizations as avenues for growth and leadership.

Club moderators introduced their respective organizations through interactive booths filled with engaging games and activities, allowing students to learn more about each club while having fun.

The event successfully fostered curiosity, camaraderie, and enthusiasm as students discovered opportunities to develop their talents and interests beyond the classroom.
