May isang lider sabi nya sa akin: “itong mga millennials sanay na sila na habang may meeting o seminar, naka-selpon sila… hinahayaan na lang namin kasi kapag tinanong mo naman, alam naman nila ang sagot. Tanggap na lang namin na iba sila sa generation natin—multi-tasker na talaga sila.”

Ang aking sagot:
Mula noon hanggang ngayon, kahit ano pang generation, hindi pa naman nagbabago ang kahulugan ng RESPETO. Ang right-wrong ay alam naman ng lahat. Basic na kaugalian naman na kapag may nagsasalita ay dapat magpakita tayong lahat ng atensyon. Tayong liders, kailangan lang naman natin mag-set ng protocol behavior, susunod naman sila, lalo na kung consistent din tayo sa pag expect at pagpapakita ng tamang behavior.

Panatiliin sana natin ang mga magagandang asal at wag nang gamiton ang generational gap na dahilan na ma justify ang hindi naman maganda 🙂

Orientation on School-Based Immunization

Today, we conducted an orientation on the School-Based Immunization Program, highlighting its importance in protecting our learners from vaccine-preventable diseases such as measles, rubella, tetanus, and diphtheria. This initiative, in partnership with the Department of Health and DepEd, ensures that our children remain healthy, safe, and ready to learn.

Being a student-athlete requires a lot of dedication , discipline and hardwork. Kung wala kang disiplina hindi ka pwedeng maging atleta.❤️
