Last April 24, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the Lourdes College Chapel became a place of gratitude, joy, and new beginnings as 13 nursing students gathered for the Pinning Ceremonyโa milestone that marks the culmination of their four-year journey and their transition from the classroom to the sacred frontlines of healing.
The celebration began with a Eucharistic Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Nathaniel J. Obal, SSS, reminding everyone that service in nursing is rooted in faith, compassion, and love.
After the mass, the program proper followed through the candidates together with their dear parents in the processional march, also with the presence of our school administrators and Nursing Faculty. Heartfelt and inspiring messages from students and faculty followed, leading to the most awaited momentโthe pinning itself. With pride and humility, these future nurses received the symbol of their dedication and pledged to embrace nursing not merely as a profession, but as a selfless calling to care, heal, and serve.
Congratulations to our newly pinned nursing students! Your journey continues with purpose and passion. Padayon, future RNs!
