For tertiary level, suspension will be at the discretion of university/school heads.

Please be informed that Mayor Uy has issued an order suspending classes at the primary and secondary levels, both public and private, starting this afternoon (1:00 PM) until the whole day tomorrow, November 4, 2025.

This is due to the issuance of Signal No. 1 over Misamis Oriental and the expected rainfall this afternoon.

Classes will resume on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

We sincerely apologize for the late announcement, as the government memo was also released later than expected.

In light of today’s announcement and Executive Order No. 0394-2025A, there will be no face-to-face classes tomorrow, Monday, October 13, 2025, for all grade levels at Treasure House of God’s Graces School.

Instead, students will receive assignments, modules, and online classes to continue their learning at home.

While we assure you that the school premises remain safe, we are still awaiting clearance from City Hall before reopening.

MAYOR KLAREX SUSPENDS CLASSES IN ALL PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS

Mayor Klarex Uy has ordered the suspension of classes in all public and private schools in Cagayan de Oro City following the Intensity IV earthquake that struck earlier today, October 10, 2025.

The directive was made upon the recommendation of Cagayan de Oro Schools Division Superintendent Roy Angelo Gazo to allow inspection and assessment of school facilities across the city.

In line with this, teachers and students are advised to shift to modular or online classes until further notice.
