DUE to the high heat index monitoring by PAGASA-Mindanao PRSD in it’s Laguindingan Airport, Misamis Oriental Station as of August 12, 2026, with a 2-day forecast of 43 degrees celsius (DANGER CLASSIFICATION) for August 13 and 14, 2026, CDO City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy will suspend classes in all public schools from pre-school to high school levels on Thursday and Friday, August 13 and 14, 2026, respectively.

However, suspension of classes for private pre-school to high school levels and higher education institutions (HEI's) shall be left to the sound wisdom and discretion of their respective principals/administrators/school heads.

An Executive Order formalizing the class suspension will follow.

ANNOUNCEMENT | NO FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES

Following the announcement of the City Mayor, Balubal Elementary School will shift to Alternative Delivery Mode on August 13–14, 2026 (Thursday and Friday) due to the high heat index.

Learners are advised to stay safe, hydrated, and continue accomplishing their learning tasks through the provided modules.

Please be guided accordingly.

Sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika, ipinamalas ng mga mag-aaral ng Ikaapat na Baitang ang kanilang husay sa maikling pagkukuwento, gamit ang kanilang pagkamalikhain at pagmamahal sa wikang Filipino.

Sa temang “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon,” ipinakita nila na ang wika at makabagong teknolohiya ay maaaring maging katuwang sa pagkatuto, pananaliksik, at pagbabahagi ng kaalaman.

Ang wika ay kuwento, ang AI ay kasangkapan, at ang kaalaman ay kayamanang dapat ibahagi.

Ang mga mag-aaral na tampok sa post na ito ay may kaukulang Data Privacy Consent mula sa kanilang mga magulang/tagapag-alaga.
