For SY 2023-2024, DepEd shall no longer allow new Grade 11 Voucher Program Beneficiaries (VPBs) in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and Local Colleges and Universities (LUCs). All incoming Grade 12 VPBs enrolled in SUCs and LUCs in SY 2023-2024 may continue as VPBs and shall be paid by DepEd.
