Dealing with the challenges of adolescence stage
As an adolescence goes on with their very own lives they have responsibilities to make changes and also adapt to these changes in their lives, that includes the challenges that have been set for them. In the adolescence stage there are various of challenges that we have to deal with.
These challenges will greatly help or destory an individual. They will either be miserable or become the ideal adult or the best version of themselves depending upon how they deal with these challenges. If one took these challenges as an unfortunate experience rather than a opportunity to learn something from the experience then they will often be miserable. If one takes the challenges as an opportunity to be better or be in the pursuit of overcoming their own weaknesses then they'll be stronger and better than ever. The adolescence stage challenges is inevitable, it is up to an individual whether he gets the best or worst of it.

"Focusing on the Psychological Health "
We all struggle with various challenges, thus it is crucial that we pay attention to our psychological health. Peer rejection, bullying, unpleasant traumatic events, the death of a loved one, conflict and post-conflict scenarios, and socioeconomic circumstances are just a few of the elements that might have an impact on our mental health.
We need to take care of ourselves, be joyful, and stay away from the signs of bad mental health in order to keep our psychological health. We need to stay away from the following: personality changes, emotional changes, social withdrawal and isolation, poor self-care, sleep problems, dangerous behavior, and a feeling of powerlessness or overwhelm.
Self-acceptance, good relationships with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in love, and personal progress are the six elements of psychological well-being that we must experience and work toward in order to maintain our psychological health.

However, it can also have a negative effect that can affect you health, whether physical, emotional, or mental. Coping mechanisms are very helpful to lessen stress. Practicing this can improve you in a lot of ways.

Think Positively, Not Negatively
In our daily lives, we always face challenges that seem hard to solve, fearing the problem or impossible challenges, and that affects our mental health. We should change our negativity into positivity; having a positive perspective can help solve problems. Don't fear the problem; remember that there is always a solution to every problem, and only we can solve our problem rather than running.
The most powerful tool mankind has is our mind. If we don’t know how to properly use our minds it can harm us without us even knowing about it. There was this girl in Japan who is young and beautiful, but somehow years later she suddenly lost a lot amount of weight in just a few months. She was not lazy, misses her meals, or have bad sleeping schedule, she just suddenly have weight lost. She got so skinny that walking, and going up and down the stairs to eat was difficult for her. When they found out what was wrong with her, they were shocked because she was actually going through a depression stage without her knowing about it.
This is an example of our mind hurting us without us knowing about it and what our mind can do if we don’t think positively. We sometimes think we are happy but in reality we are not. People sometimes are confused about if they are happy or forcing themselves to be happy. Mindset is the key to have a healthy mind. Think of a positive thought that our mind can’t even think of negative things.
The more negative things we say to ourselves the more we doubt ourselves. A single word we say or a fake scenario we make can damage our self-confidence. We need to be mindful of the things we say or a scenario we make. There is a saying, “None can destroy iron but it's rust.” “In other words, none can destroy a person but their mind.”

These changes are meant to speed up and improve the body's response to the stressor.
However, stress can have a severe impact on one's physical and mental health when it becomes persistent or excessive.
Chronic stress hormone exposure can cause physical symptoms such headaches, exhaustion, and high blood pressure. Additionally, it may result in mental health issues like anxiety, despair, and burnout.
In general, realizing that stress is a natural reaction to perceived dangers or challenges is key to comprehending stress. Chronic or overwhelming stress can have detrimental consequences on one's physical and mental health, despite the fact that it may be beneficial in some circumstances. People can preserve excellent health and well-being by recognizing the symptoms of stress and taking action to control it.

“Facing Challenges in Life”
Are you facing challenges in your life right now? challenges at home, at school, with family or friends, and more. When it comes to dealing with difficulty, the question in life isn’t whether or not we'll face challenges. The question is, what will we do, and how will we respond when they come?
As we enter the adolescence stage, we cannot avoid instances where we can question ourselves about whether we deserve these challenges we're facing right now. like me, a person with a lot of difficulties in life, like financial problems, family problems, or at school. But this wouldn't be a hindrance to continuing my goals in life. Always remember that our relationship with challenges is what can bring about the most difficulty and suffering. You should think of what your life, your relationships, and your career would be like if you didn’t complain about or resist challenges when they showed up. For most of us, myself included, this would make things very different and much more enjoyable.
The road to success will be full of lessons from failure, making mistakes, and facing challenges that we encounter. Always remember that you cannot succeed if you don’t experience failure. It should be how you deal with failure that determines how successful you can be.

“From a Kid into an Adult”
You were enjoying your life as an unproblematic, simple, and kind of stupid toddler who makes equally stupid (and sometimes highly questionable) decisions, unaware of what life and the world are about to serve you, when you suddenly noticed that hair started to grow where they've never grown before. Your imagination has broadened and now you feel anxious thinking about the future; you fear that if you fail, it will be the end of you.
Adolescence, according to the Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, is the period of life when a child develops into an adult. It is a period of change and development – whether it's sequential (follows a fixed sequence), individualized (puts emphasis to one’s development being influenced by his/her genes and environment), gradual (the development does not happen in an instant, hence called gradual), and holistic (the development of a person physically, cognitively, and socio-economically). Your problems that only involved what games to play with your friends after class have now become what skincare products to use to reduce acne breakouts, or what diet and exercise plan should you follow to lose weight. These physical and psychological changes affect how you see yourself, how other people perceive you, and how you look at others.
At this point, you start to ask yourself existential questions, undergo the ups and downs of having a romantic relationship with someone and suffer through heartbreak, and think so highly of yourself to the point of absurdity.
As you go through this, learn lessons and implement said lessons to yourself, you are expected to accept and love your own body, come in terms with your gender and sexuality and how it may possibly affect your future decisions such as dating someone and career goals, identify which job fits you the most, and establish morals and principles what will serve as a guiding compass when you make important decisions later on in your life.
Aside from yourself, you also need to establish a good relationship with your peers of both sexes, recreate and mend the broken relationships your parents, become socially responsible and let go of the irrationally childish behaviour you've been harbouring since you were a child, and be knowledgeable about family matters and your preferences on relationships, marriage, and families. Even though the society expects you to get married, have children, and raise them to be a responsible member of the community, it is crucial to not lose yourself along the way.
