April Fools’ Day can be fun—but it should always be safe and respectful. 🤡
Not all jokes are harmless. Pranks that scare, embarrass, or hurt others—especially children—can have real effects. Jokes about emergencies, health, or personal situations can cause fear, confusion, and even harm.
Let’s choose humor that brings people together, not tears them down. 💛
A good laugh is one that everyone can enjoy.

This World Mental Health Day, the PAP Social Psychology Division affirms that mental health is shaped by structural inequalities, power dynamics, and histories of marginalization. When social systems are unjust, a community’s collective well-being suffers.
A truly just approach to mental health must move beyond individual-level interventions and instead center on human rights, social justice, and systemic transformation.
Let us continue working together to challenge our ill-structured systems into spaces of dignity, inclusion, and collective care. Through empowered participation and joint responsibility, we advance the vision of a community where mental health is grounded in equal rights and shared humanity.

, kapit lang! Dahil hindi na tayo papayag na makahon, malimitahan, at mapag-iwanan.
Until every woman's rights are fully realized, until equality is not just an aspiration but a reality, and until empowerment reaches all—we will never waver.
This International Women’s Day, we stand firm in our commitment to a world where every woman is heard, valued, and empowered.
Isang hakbang pa, mga kapwa Pilipina. Sa ating paglakas, aangat ang Bagong Pilipinas! 💜
