Last December 6, 2022, the USTP Scholars Society - Office of the Vice President and the Tugon - RBR SM Foundation Scholars' Circle conducted a courtesy meeting with Cagayan de Oro's Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez addressing the primary concerns of the Ka-Tugon scholars for a brighter vision towards the availed educational assistance that aid scholars' academic finances.

With such discussions, the minutes for the courtesy meeting is found below, containing the current status of the RBR-SM Foundation Educational Assistance. Be informed and stay optimistic Ka-Tugon!

The organization would like to thank the trailblazing scholars who lend their significant time in helping out USS, by filling in the Plebiscite Form that was distributed through the SKOLAR 2.0 Evaluation Form.

𝘉𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘜𝘚𝘛𝘗 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘉𝘺-𝘓𝘢𝘸𝘴;
𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗫𝗜𝗫. 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟭. This Constitution shall take effect immediately upon its ratification by a majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite held for the purpose and shall supersede all preceding Constitutions.

Having 2,228 total votes casted on the Plebiscite;

City Scholarship Program — 1463/2174 (67.3%)
RBR-SM Foundation Scholars — 360/1243 (29%)
CHED-TES Scholars — 117/288 (40.6%)
CHED-TDP Scholars — 83/135 (61.5%)
CHED Half State Scholars — 11/18 (61.1%)
CHED Full State Scholars — 4/6 (66.7 %)
DOST-SEI Scholars — 116/170 (68.2 %)
DBP-RISE Scholars — 42/73 (57.5 %)
Home Credit PH Scholars — 10/15 (66.7 %)
NGCP Scholars — 10/12 (83. 3 %)
REBISCO Scholars — 4/5 (80 %)
PLDT-SMART Foundation Scholars — 6/9 (66.7 %)
CEPALCO Scholars — 2/2 (100 %)

Out of 4,155 USTP-CDO Scholars; 2,228 (53.62%) gave consent to the amended Constitution and By-Laws of the USTP Scholars Society.

Wherefore, on this 28th of January 2023, it is hereby officially declared by the Constitutional Committee that the USS Constitution and By-Laws is now ratified and in effect for implementation.
