For Incoming Grade 7 and transferees:

Pls bring the ff:
1.) SF 9 (Report Card)
2.) Certificate of Good Moral Character
3.) Photocopy of PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

For Incoming Grades 8, 9 and 10:
Bring your SF 9 (Report Card)

Add on:

Bring own PEN and alcohol
Wear Facemask
Wear Appropriate attire (observe dress code)
