We have a schedule competency assessment in HEO-Forklift NCII on August 12, 2022. Interested applicants may submit their requirements on or before August 5, 2022.

ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS:
1 - TESDA Application Form
2 - 2 pcs. Passport Size Picture
> white background
> with collar
> NO Nametag
> Professional/Studio Quality
3 - Self Assessment Guide (SAG)
4 - Training Certificate or Certificate of Employment (COE) indicating experience in the said qualification
5 - Birth Certificate - photocopy only

Monark Foundation donated thru Rotary Club of Cainta, turnover to Rotary Club of Pasig Sunrise and Rotary club of Valenzuela which in turnover the 30 boxes of Arla Organic milk powder to the city government of Valenzuela. Accepting on behalf of the City is Dorothy Evangelista, head of the City Social Welfare Department.
