The CSWD Psychosocial Unit is pleased to announce that we are now accepting initial assessment requests.

Parents or guardians who have children that may need Special Needs Education (SNED) assessment and support are encouraged to coordinate with our office for proper guidance and assistance.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Our initial SNED assessment reports are only offered to clients in need of supporting documents for admission to the SNED program in DepEd Public schools.

As such, we do not accommodate requests for assessments to be used as a reference for the child's class promotion from the special education class to the mainstream class or for any other personal purposes.

Request for SNED Assessment shall be entertained ONLY from March - June .

This step is important in helping children access the right support and placement in DepEd public school SNED programs.
