The 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 was the only major event during the semester that required 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀. Because no other school-wide activities involved collective funds, this report focuses solely on Teachers’ Day. It highlights 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺.

The report emphasizes two key areas:

Last 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟕-𝟑𝟎, our 𝑆𝑆𝐿𝐺 𝑃𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡, who is also the 𝐷𝐹𝑆𝑆𝐿𝐺 𝑆𝑒𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝐷𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑜𝑓 𝐶𝑎𝑔𝑎𝑦𝑎𝑛 𝑑𝑒 𝑂𝑟𝑜, 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐅. 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐨, proudly attended the 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 (𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐂𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐇) in 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥, representing the Division of Cagayan de Oro and Region-X. 🗣✍️

The 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬' 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐂𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐇) is an annual, national youth gathering organized by the Department of Education (DepEd) aimed at 𝐟𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐜𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 among Filipino youth leaders nationwide.

As the DFSSLG Secretary, Angel was one of the leaders who participated in the event,
where they shared 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬, collaborated in 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 to issues on environmental action and health. The event served as a 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 among youth leaders.

Angel was specifically assigned to the 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫🍃🌱, where she contributed in creating concrete resolutions, advocacy, and action plan.

Through this meeting, the SSLG continues to move forward with collaboration, transparency, and dedication. Every discussion, big or small, plays a part in improving the projects and activities that aim to serve the student body.

Leadership is truly not for the faint of heart. Some of us have been serving for more than a year and all of us are still learning and growing together as leaders. There will always be 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺, and people may question the choices that are made. But true leadership means standing firm—hearing the voices of those you serve, valuing their opinions, and turning every piece of feedback into 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩. 💫

Unity also plays a big role, a successful plan can't be executed by only one person in an organization. Leadership is teamwork and hardwork.

Our journey may not always be smooth, but every sleepless night, every effort, and every plan becomes worth it once the results are seen.

Hala, guys… 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿. 😞 Those lazy mornings, extra sleep, and walay pakialam sa alarm clock – those are gone na. Pero before we fully jump back into school mode, let’s take a minute to breathe, reflect, and maybe make a little sembreak resolution. Maybe this sem, 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻😂), no more stressing over last-minute assignments, ug… no more overthinking sa imohang crush nga gisabay sa kalag-kalag ang pag-ghost saimoha 😏.

This sem, 𝗹𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, kay this is our last semester for this school year, and honestly, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀. 🌸
