Submission of the online enrollment form does NOT automatically confirm official enrollment.

To be officially enrolled, applicants must personally submit the required documents (such as PSA Birth Certificate and Report Card from previous school) at the Admin Office. Only upon completion of these requirements will enrollment be considered final.

The school is open on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 9:00AM - 4:00PM.

List of required documents is as follows:
Requirements (for SENIOR HIGH):
- PSA Birth Certificate (1 original + 1 photocopy)
- Grade 10 Report Card
- 2 pcs. 2x2 picture
- 1 piece brown envelope
- 1 piece long white folder
- ESC Certificate (for private school JHS completer)

Requirements (for COLLEGE):

- Certificate of Good Moral
- 1 piece. brown envelope
- Form 138 - Report Card
(for transferees only):
- Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
