-Everyone Matters-

"Ensuring Well-Being and Success: A Focus on Student and Teacher Welfare" In 1995, the Barangay Council of Barangay Jerusalem, Cadiz City, in collaboration with local government officials and the Department of Education (DepEd) Cadiz City Division, approved Resolution No. 07-03, Series of 1997, to establish an extension high school unde

r Villacin National High School in Brgy. This school, later known as Villacin National High School - Jerusalem Extension, officially opened its doors during the 1995-1996 school year with an initial enrollment of 50 students. The school achieved independence from Villacin National High School on September 13, 2010, marking a significant milestone. To support the increasing student population, a four-classroom building was added in 2011. By the 2012-2013 school year, the school had grown significantly, with 305 students from First Year to Fourth Year and a team of nine teachers, including a Teacher-In-Charge since 2009. The campus spans 1.5 hectares, featuring flat and hilly areas. The school operated 10 classes within its eight classrooms, offering a complete curriculum based on the Revised Basic Education Curriculum (RBEC). Additionally, a stage built during the 2007-2008 school year became central to school programs and activities. The campus is surrounded by sugarcane fields and shaded by various grown trees, creating a serene and green environment. In the 2011-2012 school year, the school extended its services to neighboring Barangay Cabahug by creating the Yee On Annex High School, located at Yee On Elementary School, accommodating additional students. During this period, the Chinese Chamber donated two new classroom buildings, and two older classrooms from the elementary school were repurposed to address the growing enrollment. In the 2024 - 2025 school year, Yee On Annex High School continues to serve the educational needs of the community by offering Junior High School education from Grade 7 to Grade 10. The school currently caters to 175 learners, reflecting its commitment to providing accessible education in the area. The school is staffed by a dedicated team of 7 well-equipped personnel, including:
โ€ข 3 Teacher I
โ€ข 3 Teacher III (one of whom serves as the Teacher-in-Charge)
โ€ข 1 Clerk
โ€ข 1 Watchman

This balanced team ensures both academic and operational excellence, providing a conducive learning environment for students.
