We just wrapped up two separate, jam-packed graduation days (May 18 and May 25) for our 2025 STEP Scholars, and the energy was incredible!

Congratulations to our successful completers:
75 Scholars – Animal Production (Swine) NC II
125 Scholars – Animal Production (Poultry-Chicken) NC II

We are grateful to TESDA Negros Island Region for their continuous support in changing our scholars' lives through real-world skills. Every single graduate is now officially certified and confirmed by TESDA!

A productive day at SILAFARM! We recently hosted the TESDA team, led by UTPRAS Focal Ms. Josie Aurelio and their panel of experts, for an official inspection. This is a major step forward as we work on registering our newest training programs. Excited to offer these new courses soon!

Internship Program (State University in Northern Negros - SUNN)- BS Agriculture major in Agribusiness

Whether it’s mastering crop production or learning the ropes of running an agribusiness, these youth prove that the future of farming is bright, innovative, and sustainable.

We officially welcomed our new batch of scholars under the 2026 Coconut Farmers Scholarship Program (CFSP) during their Training Induction Program (TIP).
The orientation was led by our Scholarship Focal, Ms. Hillary T. Enarsao, under the proactive leadership of ARD Niña Connie Dodd.
During the session, our scholars got a full rundown of what to expect, from the benefits to the duties and responsibilities as proud TESDA scholars.

These scholars are gearing up to take on specialized qualifications designed to level up our agricultural sector:

Our Animal Production (Swine) NCII training under the 2026 Special Training for Employment Program is in full swing here at SILAFARM!

Ang ating mga TESDA iskolar ay abala ngayon sa kanilang mga hands-on na pagsasanay kung saan pinag-aaralan nila ang lahat ng aspeto ng pag-aalaga ng baboy, mula sa kalusugan at nutrisyon nito hanggang sa mga pamantayan sa kaligtasan sa loob ng farm.
