Liceo de Cabuyao - Peer Facilitators' Guild

Last January 8, our Grade 12 learners were given the opportunity to explore their future as various colleges and universities visited our school for a career campaign. PHINMA Rizal College of Laguna, NU Laguna, LPU Laguna, OLFU Laguna, Perpetual Calamba, Letran Calamba, and STI Sta. Rosa shared valuable insights about their programs, campus life, and opportunities awaiting our students after senior high school.

This meaningful activity helped guide our learners in discovering their interests, aligning their passions with possible career paths, and preparing for the next chapter of their academic journey. The school campaign truly inspired our Grade 12 students to dream bigger and choose their future with confidence.

Liceo de Cabuyao attends the OFW children's talks at ICCS Sta. Cruz, Laguna. The talk given today assists children who are confused when their parents aren't around. Everybody has different struggles and inspiring stories; through open conversation and shared experiences, the discussion enables children to express feelings and emotions they are afraid or hesitant to share with their parents.

This event serves as a reminder to the kids that they are never alone. At every step of their journey, our community is here to support, uplift, and mentor them. And to always remind them that God remains ever-present.

Tatlong Bagay Para sa World Mental Health Day

2. Laging may hihigit sa atin. Eh ano?

This October, your grades are not the only thing that matters, but also your mental well-being. 🌏💚

As we continuously celebrate the Mental Health Awareness Month every year, it is delightful to see that more people are willing to be open and to be of help to the ones that need great assistance, stable support, and careful advice.

So Liceans, as part of our growing community, let us help by fulfilling our responsibility of being there. By being here now, you are also being in the future with them still.

It's a simple action. But with this, you are helping save a life and a loved one.

Remember that there are people always willing to have your back. We, the Peer Facilitators Guild (PFG), included. You can approach us anywhere and anytime for your needs.

Be there now.
Be with them in the future.

"The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow." – Nelson Mandela

Today, we celebrate the passion, creativity, and determination of the youth. The heartbeat of our communities and the foundation of a brighter tomorrow. Youth are not just the leaders of the future, they are powerful changemakers today, shaping our world through ideas, action, and hope.

This reminds us to continue investing in young people’s education, leadership, and opportunities, ensuring that every voice is heard and every dream is given the chance to grow.

To all the young hearts out there keep dreaming big, keep standing for what is right, and keep making a difference. The world is brighter because of your courage, kindness, and unstoppable spirit.
