Celebrating Maria Montessori's 151st birthday today!

'The child is richly endowed with powers, sensitivities and constructive instincts that as yet have neither been recognised nor put to use. In order to develop, they need much broader opportunities than they have been offered thus far. Might not this goal be reached by changing the entire structure of education? Society must fully recognise the social rights of the child and prepare for them and the adolescent a world capable of ensuring their spiritual development' (Montessori, 1997, p.128)

Spontaneous Engagement: The 5-Day, Whole Year Montessori At Home Program

- Recommended especially for Montessori parents and parents with toddlers/preschool-age childrenwho are interested to join our Montessori At Home Program.

As the new school year approaches, parents are once again exploring schooling options for their young children. Parents of and often wonder and ask these questions – “Is it better to postpone enrolling him/her when face-to-face classes resume? My child is still so young, does s/he really need the 5 days a week program? Why is three hours necessary daily? S/he has toys at home - Aren’t these toys enough? What will s/he learn?”

The pandemic has confused many of us and has narrowed our choices. However, thanks to the ‘ At Home’ program our experience will help enlighten and hopefully guide you in your search for answers to your questions.
