The clearance signing for BCSC will begin tomorrow from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please make sure that your membership fee for the first semester and contributions are settled, and that your attendance requirements on Evento are complete.

For the membership fee and contributions, kindly present your receipts as proof of payment during the clearance signing.

Christmas Tree Making Official Mechanics💫

The following guidelines outline the rules and procedures for the Christmas Tree Making Competition. All participating departments—BSIT, BSBA, BTLED, and BSA—are expected to adhere to these mechanics to ensure a fair, organized, and successful activity while promoting creativity and the use of recycled materials.

The holiday season comes alive as the DOrSU BC Student Council proudly opens this year’s Christmas Tree Making Competition! ✨

Four participating departments—BSIT, BSBA, BTLED, and BSA—take on the challenge of creating festive Christmas trees using recycled and repurposed materials, highlighting not just creativity but environmental responsibility as well. Each team transforms everyday items into impressive, meaningful holiday displays that showcase innovation, teamwork, and strong artistic vision.

More than a simple contest, every tree represents unity, resourcefulness, and the true spirit of Christmas within the DOrSU BC community. The passion, collaboration, and imagination poured into every detail show that beautiful results can be achieved while promoting sustainability and reducing waste.

And now, the excitement builds. Which department will stand out? Who will excel in design, craftsmanship, and creative use of recycled materials?

𝑻𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒐𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑬𝒙𝒄𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆: 𝑫𝑶𝒓𝑺𝑼-𝑩𝑪 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒂 𝑳𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒄𝒚 𝒐𝒇 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔

On November 8, 2025, the campus proudly celebrated the Educational Sponsorship Acceptance and Turnover of the New Multi-Purpose Activity Center, a remarkable milestone that embodies the shared commitment to educational excellence and community development.

This event marked the official turnover of the newly constructed facility, which will serve as a venue for academic, cultural, and civic activities—further strengthening the campus as a center of learning and collaboration. Moreover, 180 deserving students were honored as recipients of educational sponsorships under the initiatives of Hon. Governor Nelson L. Dayanghirang and Hon. Cheeno Miguel D. Almario, reaffirming the province’s dedication to empowering the youth through accessible and inclusive education.

DOrSU-BC extends its deepest gratitude to the Provincial Government of Davao Oriental, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), and all stakeholders whose steadfast support made this milestone possible. This celebration stands as a symbol of unity, hope, and a collective vision for a brighter and more progressive future for all DOrSU students.
