Post of appreciation.
I’d like to thank the Admin supervisor, Security guard and Nurse of SM City Santa Rosa for assisting us while we were in panic when our son suddenly passed out while we were entering the mall. This happened at around 6pm today, July 15.
We were not able to get their names already and was not able to properly say thank you to Manong guard when he assisted us as we were in a hurry to bring our son to a hospital for further check-up.
SM City Sta Rosa management has gained my respect from this incident. I’ll forever be grateful to the personnel esp. to the Admin Sir who ensured that we were properly taken cared off until our son felt better. Your assistance was highly appreciated.
