This is because the only partylist who completed the requirements to be accomplished on time is the "LIYAB" Partylist. The outcome reflects the collective decision of the commission of election, shaping the future of student governance and involvement.✨

Bilang pagkilala at pagpapahalaga sa ating pambansang wika, ang 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗼 ay naglunsad ng isang natatanging patimpalak na tiyak na magpapatingkad ng ating kultura at kasaysayan.

Ang patimpalak na ito ay tinatawag na "𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐒𝐚𝐲𝐔𝐥𝐚"—isang pinag-isang salita mula sa "𝙆𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙨𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣," "𝙆𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙣," 𝙖𝙩 "𝙏𝙪𝙡𝙖." Layunin ng patimpalak na ito na ipakita ang yaman ng ating tradisyon sa pamamagitan ng pagsusuot ng lumang kasuotan at paglilikha ng tula na may temang "Wikang Mapagpalaya."

- Students interested in running for a position must have a good academic standing with a general weighted average of 1.75 and above, without any failing grades during the first semester of the current school year.

𝟐. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐲 (𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 - 𝟎𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐚𝐦)
- Deadline: Submit the Application Form for Candidacy by July 29, 2024, before 5:00 PM.
- Where to Obtain Forms: Forms are available at the Office of the Student and External Affairs or can be obtained from Mr. John Michael P. Guico or Sir Akhie.

𝟑. 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬
- Each candidate must form a Partylist and complete all required officers.

𝟔. 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬

- Voting: Conduct voting for all positions according to the election rules and regulations set by the CGCians Supreme Student Council.
- Announcement: Results will be announced following the completion of voting and counting procedures.

𝟕. 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬
- Campaign rules and regulations must be strictly followed by all candidates/Partylists.
- Ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all candidates during the campaigning period.

𝟖. 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
- The Office of the Student and External Affairs will oversee the entire election process to ensure transparency and adherence to guidelines.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒:
- Once elected, all CSSC officers, except the Program Representative Chairman and Chairperson/s, shall be considered resigned and ineligible from all major elective appointive positions in other clubs and organizations.
