Sacrifice is one word to describe a mother. A mother is a hero— no, a mother does not have super powers, but a mother is willing to sacrifice everything in exchange for the smiles of her loving family.

We remind everyone to enjoy our remaining days here in MNHS, so capture pictures, record videos and create many memories as possible!

MALIGAYANG ARAW NG KAGITINGAN, MAMATIZENS!

📚 Here is our special word of the day 📚

📌Today we commemorate the great courage of our National Heroes in fighting for our motherland’s freedom against colonizers. Because of their heroic sacrifices, we escaped the tight grip of controllers and manipulators who were taking over the minds of the Filipino civilians.

📌This celebration is a reminder for us Filipinos, especially the young generation, to not let our nation once again be trampled over. We must learn to fight for our rights as well as our freedom so the sacrifices of our Mga Pambansang Bayani will not be left only as words, names or stories written in pages of our history books and be forgotten.

📌 To make you aware of the different ways someone might be gaslighting you, here are more example sentences of GASLIGHTING:

"Hindi naman masakit yon, OA ka lang."
- You are gaslighting someone into thinking that something does not hurt because you are not the one hurting.

"Healed na ako sa kaniya."
- You are making yourself believe that you're healed from a wound when in fact, you're not.

"Meron na talaga tayong word of the week. Baka nalimutan nyo?"
- We actually don't have one but, we are making you think that we already posted one.
