Sa 𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐎𝐋 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: Pagsalubong sa mga Binhing Handang Umusbong, opisyal na tinanggap ng 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐀𝐂𝐒𝐒) ang panibagong henerasyon ng mga katuwang na magsisilbing bahagi ng patuloy na pag-unlad ng ating samahan.

Higit pa sa isang onboarding, ang SIBOL ay simula ng isang paglalakbay—isang pagkakataong matuto, makibahagi, at lumago bilang mga student leader ng College of Computing Studies.

Sa bawat ideya, ambag, at hakbang na kanilang gagawin, unti-unting yayabong ang mas matatag na ACSS.

Maligayang pagdating sa pamilya, mga bagong binhi ng ACSS. 🌱

Kasalukuyan nang nagtitipon ang buong Association of Computer Science Students para sa SIBOL 2026: Pagsalubong sa mga Binhing Handang Umusbong sa pamamagitan ng Google Meet.

Sama-samang nakatutok ang bawat miyembro sa oryentasyon ngayong gabi upang mas makilala ang organisasyon, maunawaan ang ating mga layunin, at makapaghanda para sa pagsasama-sama ng bawat komite.

Isang mainit na pagtanggap sa mga bagong binhing handang maglingkod, matuto, at umusbong kasama ang ACSS!

Bago tuluyang magsimula ang paglalakbay, narito ang gabay sa bawat hakbang ng ating pagsasama.

Tunghayan ang opisyal na daloy ng palatuntunan para sa pagtitipon ngayong gabi. Inihanda ang bawat bahagi upang mas maunawaan ang ating mithiin, adhikain, at mga pangunahing prinsipyo bilang isang organisasyon, kalakip ang mga mensahe ng inspirasyon mula sa ating mga pinuno at tagapayo.

Makisali sa ating inihandang interaktibong gawain at abangan ang pagsasama-sama ng bawat komite kung saan makikilala ninyo ang inyong mga makakatuwang sa isang taon ng tapat at marangal na paglilingkod.

Ihanda na ang inyong sarili para sa isang makabuluhang gabi ng pagkatuto, ugnayan, at pagkakaisa!

Sa bawat panibagong yugto, may mga binhing handang magsimula, matuto, at umusbong.

Ngayong panibagong taon ng Association of Computer Science Students, sisimulan natin ang isang bagong paglalakbay kasama ang mga bagong mukha na magiging bahagi ng ating mga komite.

Sa pamamagitan ng SIBOL 2026, pormal na bubuksan ang unang kabanata ng kanilang paglalakbay bilang bahagi ng pamilyang ACSS. Isang pagtitipon na naglalayong magbigay-daan sa pagkakakilala, pagkakaisa, at pagbuo ng pundasyon para sa isang taon ng sama-samang paglilingkod.

Some of the best parts of student life happen outside the classroom. The experiences we get to be part of, the people we meet, the skills we develop, and the opportunities that push us to try something new all become part of the journey. As our 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗟. 𝗥𝗮𝘆𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼 plays an important part in helping make those opportunities possible for the ACSS community.

Your work reminds us that student development is not limited to what happens during class. It also comes from being given the chance to participate, take on new challenges, discover what you're capable of, and grow through experiences with others. We're glad to have someone who puts that part of student life into consideration and helps make it a meaningful part of the organization.

Today, we celebrate our 𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑨𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒕, 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘇, whose role goes far beyond keeping track of numbers.

From making sure financial matters remain properly accounted for to reviewing the responsibilities and work of our officers, your role helps keep everyone accountable to the duties they took on when they chose to serve. You help ensure that what was promised is followed through and that the organization continues to operate with transparency and responsibility.

It may not always be the most noticeable role, but having someone who takes the time to check, review, and keep things aligned is an important part of keeping ACSS moving in the right direction.

For today, though, we'll leave the checking to tomorrow. Enjoy the birthday break.
