Being recognized as one of the three (3) schools in the Division of Nueva Ecija chosen to pioneer the 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗣) as a Senior High School TESDA Assessment Center is a great privilege for the Cabiao Senior High School community.

Through the leadership and dedication of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗡. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗲ñ𝗮, 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒓, 𝑭𝑻𝑨𝑫, 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝑬𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑰𝑰𝑰, together with 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗝𝗲𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗲 𝗧. 𝗢𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗼, 𝑷𝒉𝑫, 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑬𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒔 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 (𝑺𝑫𝑶) 𝒐𝒇 𝑵𝒖𝒆𝒗𝒂 𝑬𝒄𝒊𝒋𝒂, a meeting was conducted with the Office of the Mayor.

The meeting was held in the presence of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗡𝗼𝗲𝗺𝗶 𝗖. 𝗦𝗮𝗴𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝑷𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍𝒔 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒕 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒓 (𝑷𝑺𝑫𝑺) 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝑬𝒅 𝑪𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒂𝒐 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒕, and the Cabiao SHS Assessment Center Team, led by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗔. 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘆, 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝑰𝑰 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒂𝒐 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒐𝒓 𝑯𝒊𝒈𝒉 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍.

The meeting included a courtesy visit to 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝘃 𝗞𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗠. 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮 and 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹 𝗕. 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮, who have consistently provided full financial and moral support to the educational sector of Cabiao. This initiative benefits not only Senior High School students but also the residents of Cabiao, as it provides opportunities for both local and overseas employment.

On December 18, 2025, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗮 visited Cabiao Senior High School to conduct a site inspection of the laboratories being prepared for the TESDA Assessment Center. He provided technical assistance and guidance to improve the facilities and ensure compliance with TESDA accreditation requirements.

𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 | January 06, 2026

Today marks the second meeting with the very supportive 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝘃 𝗞𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗠. 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮. This meeting is part of the ongoing progress of the ACAP project and demonstrates the Mayor’s strong commitment to expanding the vision of the community and prioritizing this initiative.

Behind the 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗮𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗣 is a dedicated and highly competent team committed to delivering quality technical-vocational assessment services. The Assessment Center is headed by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗔. 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘆, Assessment Center Administrator, and supported by the very hands-on 𝗠𝗿. 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗼 𝗠. 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗼, Assessment Center Manager, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗡. 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗱𝗼, Liaison Officer, and the expert Subject Group Head of TVL, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗟𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗦. 𝗔𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼, Processing Officer. Administrative and technical support is provided by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗩. 𝗕𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮, Computer Operator/Data Encoder, and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗣. 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗮𝗹, Cashier. This team works collaboratively to ensure efficient operations, strict compliance with TESDA standards, and high-quality service for all stakeholders.

Featuring John Lloyd B. Manalang and Jeremy V. Arraz of TVL 12 SMAW Adaptable, who are fabricating and assembling a metal frame for their project.

Guiding them is Ma’am Loreta S. Adiviso, their adviser, trainer, and one of the pioneering teachers of SMAW. She never stops pushing her students to be their best and proves that with passion and perseverance, anyone can master a skill, regardless of gender.
