Please be informed that the deadline for the confirmation of admission slots is on May 22, 2026. Applicants who fail to confirm their slots on or before the said date may forfeit their admission slot and it may be offered to waitlisted applicants.

Please be advised po na kindly wait within this week for the release/receipt of your confirmation and thank you letter. As much as we want to accommodate everyone immediately, we also have admission requirements and processes that must be strictly followed.

Kasama po dito ang mga nakapag-exam at pumasa. Maraming salamat po sa inyong patience and understanding.

Kung wala pa rin pong natatanggap na update, maaari po kayong pumunta nang personal sa campus or mag-email sa [email protected] for inquiries and follow-up.

📌 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (Job hiring)

All applicants are required to submit the following documents in three (3) hard copies:

1. Application Letter addressed to the Campus Director, Dr. Jenny Q. Estingor
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with Work Experience Sheet
3. CSC Eligibility (Professional) / PRC License (if applicable)
4. Transcript of Records (TOR)
5. Diploma (if applicable)
6. Certificates of Training/Seminars
7. Certificates of Employment / Service Record
8. Latest Performance Rating (for government employees) Certificate of Employment with Performance Evaluation (for non-government applicants)

Job hiring

Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing through an application letter addressed to the head of office. Applicants must attach the
following documents to the application letter to the campus director DR. JENNY Q ESTINGOR and BRING 3 hard copies not later than May 29, 2026

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with Work Experience Sheet and recent passport-sized or unfiltered digital picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025); digitally signed or electronically signed;
2. Hard copy or electronic copy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
3. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license; and
4. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records.
