It was the pandemic when we last had an entry for this category, and what better way to say that we’re back in the game!

Congratulations to Cabiao National High School’s Special Program in Journalism for having produced the BEST newspaper (Secondary) in the Schools Division of Nueva Ecija in 2025.

This feat is the result of the combined efforts of the talented campus journalists, dedicated teachers, and coaches, and of course, of the OG and versatile SPJ coordinator, Ma’am Wilma DS. Manalo.

Our heartfelt appreciation is in order to our understanding OIC, Sir Danilo C. Sotto, for all the encouragement and support.

Lastly, this would not be possible without the guidance of Cabiao National High School’s generous and ever-supportive principal, Ma’am Hilaria E. Calma.

Congratulations, Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) for being the OVERALL CHAMPION in the recently concluded Division Schools Press Conference held at Rizal National High School, Rizal Nueva Ecija.

This remarkable performance would not be possible without the guidance and tutelage of our SPJ Coordinator, Mother Wilma Manalo. Her outstanding leadership made us brave the toilsome trainings and endless article checkings. You are the backbone of the Team.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to our magnanimous principal, Maam Hilaria E. Calma, for all the support she had given us. Her words of inspiration mean so much to us.

To our OIC, Sir Danilo C. Sotto, our sincerest thanks for all the support you have extended.
