What an inspiring start to our day! During today's Flag Raising Ceremony, we had the immense honor of witnessing our esteemed Municipal Mayor, Hon. Rav Kevin Manalastas Rivera, alongside our visionary SDS Ronaldo A. Pozon and dedicated PSDS Noemi C. Sagcal, acknowledge an extraordinary achievement from our very own San Carlos Elementary School!

Among thousands of schools in Region 3, San Carlos Elementary School stands out as one of only TWO to receive a prestigious Special Citation for being a "Champion in Paper-less" initiative. This remarkable feat, driven by their project "PAPER-less: One Million Sheets of Paper Saved to the Project Entitled, Paper-less Procurement and Paper-less Electronic Reporting," truly sets a benchmark for innovation and environmental responsibility in education.

A special highlight must be given to Doc John Christian Villanueva, whose mind and effort were the driving force behind this successful initiative. His ingenuity and commitment were instrumental in achieving this groundbreaking recognition.
