A high level of parent involvement at school and church is encouraged. Effort will be made to encourage parents to take part in their children’s education and to build a strong relationship between the home, school and church. The faculty and staff commit to exhibiting Christ-like character and serving as role models for the students. By conforming all knowledge to a biblical perspective, teachers seek to bear a faithful witness to children so that by the example of their lives and teaching the scriptures, God may bring the children to a saving faith in Christ. Prayer, spiritual fellowship and the teaching of scripture are an integral of the teacher’s testimony. While these are the most important qualifications for a Christian teacher, they must also possess the appropriate skills and ability to impart knowledge to children. The school encourages a high standard academic training and excellence in achievement. In summary, ALPHA OMEGA ACDEMY exists to be a biblically-based ( Proverbs 1;7), academically excellent ( Proverbs 4:7), affordable assistance ( 1 John 3:17) to Christian families ( Deuteronomy 6:7) who want o equip their children to influence the world for Christ and develop leaders with well-trained intellects subject to righteous character ( Proverbs 4:5,18). The following goals or objectives are established in order to implement this philosophy:
1. To teach that the Bible is the inspired and infallible word of God and our guide for faith and practice ( 2 Peter 1:20-21;2 Timothy 3:16).
2. To teach that faith in Jesus Christ alone is the only way to have fellowship with God and be assured of salvation (John 6:40; Romans 10:9-10).
3. To encourage students to develop godly character traits (Matthew 12:35).
4. To teach students to be transformed by the renewing of their minds by developing in them Christian worldview ( Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:2)
5. To teach students to develop self-discipline and responsibility from God’s perspective (Galatians 6:9;2 Timothy 1:7).
6. To teach students a right response to authority from God’s perspective (1 Peter 2:13-17).
7. To give students a godly basis for thinking by memorization of Scripture (Psalms 19:9-11).
8. To teach students to articulate and defend their faith, and to identify and analyze contrasting worldviews (Colossians 2:8; 1 Timothy 6:20).
9. To teach students to cooperate with their peers and develop good relationships (Romans 12:17-18).
10. To encourage physical development by providing opportunities for athletic and recreational activities (1 Corinthians 3:16-17).
11. To prepare students for higher learning and the pursuit of wisdom and knowledge by teaching them the basic building blocks of learning (Proverbs 4:1-9).

SCHOOL BOARD AND ADMINISTRATION
ALPHA OMEGA ACADEMY is under the leadership of the Board of Trustees. The Board is made up of committed Christians who have a vital interest in the school. As a provider of Christian education to a wide range of families, the Board seeks to provide a structure that is accessible to and conscious of parents. Their roles also includes policy-making , maintaining the constitution and by-laws, and securing the finances of the school. The daily operations of the school are delegated to the School Administrator who is chosen for educational and spiritual leadership.
