Mr. Ralph Caesar E. Tio officially assumed his role as the newly appointed President of the Board, succeeding Hon. Mayor Charlton L. Uy, whose term was characterized by steadfast leadership, vision, and commitment to the institution’s growth and stability.

In his message, Mr. Ralph Caesar E. Tio emphasized that beyond improvement, the institution’s priority is quality—quality in teaching, facilities, systems, and outcomes—pursued daily and consistently. He shared a clear direction for the school: not to be the biggest, but to be a school that does things right, where discipline is consistent, standards are clear, and excellence is practiced every day. He acknowledged that this is an ambitious goal, yet expressed strong hope and determination that it will be achieved through collective effort.

Feb. 11 — Ivanna Kaitlyn T. Uy, a Grade 2 mathlete, bagged the Bronze Medal at the Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO) held in Bangkok, Thailand.

Among hundreds of representatives from around the world, Uy proved her skill and rose the ranks to join the top. This achievement serves as a highlight for young Filipino minds.

Greetings!

We would like to inform you that despite the issuance of the Orange Rainfall Warning across the province of Isabela, classes will continue as scheduled this afternoon.

However, we fully understand your concerns regarding your child’s safety. If you decide to pick up your child early, you may do so, and your child will be marked excused for the remainder of the day. Kindly proceed to the Admin Office for proper endorsement.

In view of the anticipated effects of Typhoon “Uwan”, please be informed of the following schedule adjustments:

The 2nd Term Parent-Teacher Conference, originally scheduled on November 8, 2025 has been moved to November 15, 2025. This adjustment aims to ensure the safety and convenience of all stakeholders amid the expected weather disturbance.

Moreover, in accordance with Executive Order No. 79, s. 2025 issued by the Municipal Mayor of Cabatuan, classes are suspended on November 10, 2025 (Monday) due to the anticipated impact of Typhoon “Uwan.”

Further announcements regarding the resumption of classes will be released depending on the typhoon’s development and any subsequent directives from the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Cabatuan.

The school management urges everyone to stay safe, remain alert, and keep updated through our official communication channels.
