Division Education Development Plan (DEDP) Workshop
Collaboration and meaningful engagement defined the recently concluded Division Education Development Planning workshop at SDO Quirino, successfully charting a visionary path forward for local education.
Led by our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Madelyn Macalling, the planning team enjoyed a smooth and efficient session rooted in clear direction. During the opening program, Dr. Macalling highlighted that unity and love serve as the ultimate driving force behind the DEDP. This tone of shared purpose was further amplified by the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Nelia Manayan Mabuti, whose warm greetings immediately set a productive, positive working mood for the entire team.
At its core, the SDO Quirino DEDP directly embodies and champions the DepEd Five-Point Development Agenda:
Bring services closer to learners and teachers.
Accelerate delivery of basic education services and programs.
Take good care of learners and teachers.
Advocate for learners' and teachers' welfare and rights.
Get all stakeholders involved and engaged.
Aligned seamlessly with national goals and regional priorities, the SDOQ DEDP places learners at the very center of every strategy. By looking ahead toward a future of digitalized governance, SDO Quirino reflects a unified, shared vision for educational excellence.
Beyond strategic planning, this workshop marks a pivotal step toward transformative governance in SDO Quirino. By grounding the DEDP in inclusivity, digital innovation, and stakeholder engagement, the division is building a resilient, future-ready educational ecosystem. This ensures that every learner receives equitable, high-quality instruction while empowering teachers and leaders to deliver responsive, efficient public service for years to come.
