To produce graduate who have acquired the capability to design and construct quality infrastructure and other public works project. MISSION
The College of Engineering aims to produce graduates equipped with technical competence and ethical standards of Engineering profession. GOALS

The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Goals are consistent with the Mission and Goals of Quirino State

University. The Department of Civil Engineering aims to produce competitive and technically skilled professional Civil Engineers who can manage the challenges and complexities of the technologically advanced construction industry. The following are the goals of the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering:

1.Preparation of committed Civil Engineers supportive to national development goals;
2.Development of competent Civil Engineers in the construction industry; and
3.Preservation and promotion of the ethical standards of Engineering Profession. PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The Graduates are expected to:
1.Apply knowledge of technical areas appropriate to civil engineering;
2.Conduct civil engineering experiments, and analyze and interpret the resulting data;
3.Design a system component, or process in more than one civil engineering context;
4. Explain basic concepts in management, business, public policy, and leadership; and

In its continuing effort to acculturize innovation and pursue sustainable development, the University warmly welcomes its newly designated key officials following formal approval by the Board of Regents.
Dr. Romiro G. Bautista, Professor VI, has been designated as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) President of the University. He was recently recognized as one of the countryโ€™s Top 10 Most Inspiring Teachers of 2025 and is known for his multi-awarded research outputs and significant internationalization initiatives. Effective immediately, he assumes leadership of the institution through the next quarterly meeting, with his continued tenure subject to the Board of Regents' upcoming evaluation.

A meaningful morning was held and led by the Department of Civil Engineering of Quirino State University โ€“ Cabarroguis Campus.

The ceremony included the singing of the National Anthem and the QSU Hymn, the recitation of the Universityโ€™s Mission and Vision, and important announcements from our officials.

To conclude the celebration of the 48th Disability Rights Week, QSU-C also awarded a Certificates to the PWD students and employees for their dedication.
