Dahil sa patuloy na banta ng masamang panahon na dulot ng Habagat, ay ideneklara ng ating MDRRMC Chairman Mayor Ronald Apostol na suspendido ang Face to Face Classes sa lahat ng antas (Public at Private) ngayong araw, August 25, 2026, maging sa mga tanggapan ng DepEd. Ang DepEd ay magpapatupad naman ng Alternative Mode of Delivery o Asynchronous Classes.
Pinapayuhan ang lahat na makinig sa mga abiso ng pamahalaan, LGU at BDRRMCs.

In line with Cabangan LGU's adherence to Memorandum Circular No.129, ICACZI continues to implement Alternative Delivery Mode.

For tomorrow, August 19, an Online ICAmustahan is scheduled to check on students and to conduct follow up on their asynchronous tasks in the previous days.

ICAns are advised to check their respective group chat with their class adviser or communicate with their class adviser for the details of the Online ICAmustahan.

Offices will be open tomorrow for official transactions.

The 2nd day of Term 1 Midterm Exam will resume once onsite classes are allowed.

Following Malacañang's class suspension in Central Luzon, ICACZI will continue asynchronous classes tomorrow, August 18. ICAns are advised to check their Quipper account tomorrow to access the video discussions and formative assessments prepared by their subject teachers. Keep safe ICAns.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Benguet
📍 Zambales
📍 Bataan
📍 Tarlac
📍 Pampanga
📍 Bulacan
📍 Cavite
📍 Batangas
📍 Rizal
📍 Laguna
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Dahil sa patuloy na banta ng Habagat ay muling idineklara ng ating MDRRMC Chairman Mayor Ronald Apostol na suspendido ang klase sa lahat ng antas (Public at Private) sa ating bayan ngayong araw, August 17, 2026 maging sa mga tanggapan ng DepEd. Patuloy na pinag-iingat po ang lahat!

ICAns are advised to check their LMS accounts for the advanced readings for the REGULAR CLASSES on Monday. The 2nd day of the Midterm exam will be rescheduled on a latter date next week.

Dahil sa nakataas na Orange Heavy Rainfall Warning sa ating lalawigan dulot ng Habagat, ay muling idineklara ng ating MDRRMC Chairman Mayor Ronald Apostol na suspendido ang klase ngayong araw, August 14, 2026 sa ating bayan sa lahat ng antas (Public at Private) kabilang na ang nga tanggapan ng DepEd, bilang pag-iingat sa ating mga mag-aaral, g**o at mga kababayan. Muling pinaalalalahanan ang lahat na makinig sa mga abiso ng Lokal na Pamahalaan at agad makipag-ugnayan sa ating mga Barangay DRRMCs para sa agarang response sa mga emergency.

Dahil sa nakataas na Yellow Heavy Rainfall warning sa ating lalawigan at sa patuloy na masamang panahon dulot ng Habagat, ay muling idinedeklara ng ating MDRRMC Chairman Mayor Ronald Apostol, na suspendido ang klase sa lahat ng antas (Public at Private) ngayong araw, August 13, 2026, maging sa mga tanggapan ng DepEd, upang maingatan ang ating mga mag-aaral, g**o at mga kababayan. Pinapayuhan ang lahat na magmonitor ng weather advisories at mag-antabay sa abiso ng mga kinauukulan.

ICA's Disaster Risk Reduction Coordinator, Mrs. Katherine Gelacio and Social Action Coordinator, Mrs. Daisy Mae delos Santos, spearheaded the distribution of food packs to the evacuees of Brgy. Dolores, Banuanbayo, San Juan, New San Juan, Longos, Casabaan, and Anonang.
The food packs came from ICA students as part of the school's community outreach campaign.
Mr. Eurigene Tacazon, G8 St. Sebastian adviser, and Abcede Morales of G9 San Pedro Calungsod also helped in the packing and distribution of the food packs.
