𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗮 ‘𝘁𝗼! 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲-𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮𝘆 𝗻𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘁.

Isang inspiring na kwento mula kay Larivain Azusano Acopiado, isang Scout mula sa Ubay National High School! Enero 1, 2025, sa Hunasan Beach Resort, naisalba niya ang buhay ng isang pitong taong gulang na batang nalunod.

Gamit ang natutunan sa Scouting, ginawa niya ang mouth-to-mouth resuscitation at matagumpay na naibalik ang hininga ng bata. Saludo rin ang ama ni Larivain sa kanyang ginawa:
“Naisalba ang bata. Mabuti pala 'yong mga bata sa Boy Scouts [of the Philippines] meron na po silang ideas kung paano at ano ang pwedeng gawin. Laking tulong talaga ng Scouting."

Ipinakita ni Larivain kung gaano kahalaga ang pagiging handa at ang life-skills na natutunan sa Scouting, hindi lang para sa sarili kundi para sa kapwa.

Scout Salute sa’yo, Larivain! Ikaw ang patunay na ang pagiging Scout ay hindi lang tungkol sa adventure, kundi pati na rin sa pagsagip ng buhay. 🙌✨
