It is with great pride and honor that the Wesleyan University -Philippines ROTC Unit officially announce the result of the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026. After a thorough and comprehensive evaluation, the unit has garnered an outstanding overall rating of 96.17%, with an equivalent remark of βEXCELLENT.β
The successful conduct of the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026 was held on March 27, 2026, at Wesleyan University-Philippines, marking a significant milestone in the continuous pursuit of excellence and discipline within the ROTC program. The inspection was spearheaded by COL EUGENE F GARCE GSC (INF) PA, Chairman of RAATI, whose presence underscored the importance of maintaining high standards in both administrative and tactical competencies.
This momentous event was made possible through the unwavering support of the University President, Dr. Irineo G. Alvaro Jr., alongside the NSTP Director, Dr. Marietta B. Agustin, whose commitment to holistic student development greatly contributed to the success of the activity. Under the strong leadership of LTC ROGELIO A DUMBRIGUE JR. (OS) PA. The ROTC unit demonstrated exemplary coordination, discipline, and preparedness throughout the inspection.
The RAATI 2026 was further strengthened by the invaluable assistance of the dedicated Training Staff, supportive Alumni, and knowledgeable Guest Instructors, all working together to guide and mentor the cadets. Moreover, the camaraderie displayed between the Advance Cadets and Basic Cadets reflected unity, teamwork, and a shared commitment to uphold the core values of the ROTC program.
Overall, the conduct of RAATI 2026 not only showcased the unitβs operational readiness and administrative efficiency but also highlighted the spirit of cooperation and excellence that defines the Wesleyan University-Philippines ROTC Unit.

On March 21, 2026, at exactly 0700H, the ROTC Cadets assembled at Wesleyan University Philippines for their 14th Training Dayβanother significant step in their journey of discipline, leadership, and service. With determination and unity, the cadets formed ranks, ready to further develop their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and embrace the challenges of the day.
The training focused on enhancing both military and life-saving competencies. Cadets practiced drills and ceremonies to improve precision and teamwork, and conducted weapon familiarization through proper disassembly and assembly. They also underwent training in Basic Life Support (BLS), map reading, and knot tying, equipping them with essential skills for real-life and field situations. A comprehensive examination was administered to assess their understanding and readiness.
Additionally, the cadets were trained in the fundamentals of raid and ambush operations, sharpening their tactical awareness, coordination, and decision-making under pressure. Guided by the Training Staff and Cadet Officers, the 14th Training Day highlighted their continuous growth, resilience, and commitment to excellenceβreinforcing their duty to lead with honor, integrity, and unwavering dedication to the mission.

With strong determination and unity, the cadets formed ranks, ready to expand their knowledge and strengthen their capabilities.
The training focused on developing essential military and life-saving skills, including drills and ceremonies to enhance precision and teamwork, and weapon familiarization through proper disassembly and assembly. Cadets were also trained in Basic Life Support (BLS), map reading, and knot tying, equipping them with practical skills vital in real-life situations. On March 07, 2026, at exactly 0700H, the ROTC Cadets gathered at Wesleyan UniversityβPhilippines for their 12th Training Day, continuing their journey of discipline, resilience, and leadership development. Standing in formation with determination and unity, the cadets prepared themselves for another day of meaningful learning and skill enhancement in service to the Corps.
The training focused on strengthening the cadetsβ knowledge and practical skills in various essential areas. Cadets were provided with basic instruction on drills and ceremonies, reinforcing precision, coordination, and military bearing. They were also introduced to weapon familiarization through the proper disassembly and assembly of fi****ms, allowing them to understand the importance of safety, responsibility, and technical competence.
In addition, cadets underwent Basic Life Support (BLS) training, where they learned fundamental first aid techniques, including the proper use of a triangular bandage for emergency situations. The training also included map reading to develop navigation skills, knot tying for practical field applications, and a comprehensive examination to evaluate the cadetsβ understanding of previous lessons.
More than just another training session, the 12th Training Day represented the cadetsβ continued growth, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
