𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐃 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

The College of Education, Wesleyan University-Philippines, Cushman Campus, successfully deployed its Student Teachers and Field Study Students on August 11, 2026, to eleven (11) cooperating schools in Cabanatuan City as part of their continuing preparation and training toward becoming future educators.

This deployment provides students with hands-on classroom experience, allowing them to apply their learning in real educational settings while working closely with cooperating teachers and learners. Each partner school offers a unique environment for growth, helping shape them into competent, responsible, and inspiring educators.

The College of Education extends its full support to all deployed Student Teachers and Field Study Students as they begin this significant phase of their professional journey.

Field Study Students and Student Teachers received guidance on their upcoming deployment during an orientation held by the College of Education on August 5, 2026, at the High School Library, Wesleyan University - Philippines, Cushman Campus.

Themed "Preparing Future Student Teachers for the Field," the event featured Dr. Mark Clester A. Rufino of the Department of Education – Division of Cabanatuan City as guest speaker, who discussed the responsibilities, expectations, and realities students will face during their field experience.

Supervisors Prof. Hazel May Babiera and Dr. Karl Leugim Bernarte announced the cooperating schools assigned to the Field Study Students, while Interim Dean Prof. Jhon Carlo Villa opened the program with words of encouragement to the participants.
