โ€œSorry, I cannot understand. I was born and raised in the USAโ€”United States of Aliaga.โ€

Oops! Who said that?

Of course, our beloved, fantastic, cutesy, and pretty handsome teacherโ€”none other than ๐—ฆ๐—ถ๐—ฟ ๐—ฅ๐˜†๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ž๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—Ÿ. ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐˜€๐—ผ๐—ป!

Behind every lesson written on a blackboard is a hand that chose to stayโ€”to guide, to believe, and to help students believe in themselves. And for us, that hand is Sir Ryan.

Sir Ryan is an architect of quiet revolutions. He builds futures inside his classroom, turning confusion into clarity and shy voices into confident ones. He carries home ungraded papers and unspoken worries, yet returns each morning with renewed energy. Because for him, teaching has never been just a professionโ€”it is a promise.

Today, we pause to honor that promise in him.

Your unwavering support, Sir, have shaped not only leaders, but kind and compassionate human beings. You are a teacher who teaches beyond the textbook, who sees potential where others see struggle. Your kindness cannot be measured by certificates or ceremonies; it lives on in every life you have touchedโ€”and that includes us, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ-๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐š.

Every teacher shines differently, but you shine with a dedication that never wavers. You keep your promise to teach despite how difficult it may be, and that is what makes you an exceptional teacher. For in keeping your promise to teach, you keep your promise to shape the future itself.

Dr. Jose Rizal reminded us of the hope placed in the youth of the nation. And you, Sir Ryan, are at the heart of that hope. You nurture minds, shape character, and ignite the passion that guides us toward our purpose. Without your dedication and wisdom, the hope Rizal envisioned would remain only a dream.

Hereโ€™s to you, Sir Ryan, and to all the teachers of CTNHS.

Thank you for the sacrifices, the laughter, the challenges, and the support. Thank you for teaching us that there is more to learn than what books can hold โ€” and for being a second parent who is kind, patient, forgiving, and loving.

Thank you, Sir, for everything that you have done for us โ€” including the things you have done that we never knew about. Thank you for listening, for understanding, and for being more than just our teacher.

A wonderful Happy Teachers Day to you, Sir Ryan!

โ€œIf you have to put someone on a pedestal, put teachers. They are society's heroes.โ€ โ€” Guy Kawasaki

Some heroes do not need capes. Sometimes, they simply need a classroom, a chalk whoโ€˜s willing to teach, a listening ear, and a heart that is willing to understand.

More than four walls, chairs, and a board filled with lessons, for us students of our adviser, it is our home. It is filled with memories, achievements, and improvements. The classroom became more than that because of one person who made it feel a little more like homeโ€”our adviser, Maโ€™am Rona.

She does not only teach us what is written in our lessons, but she teaches us through the way she treats people, with full of empathy, patience, and loving presence.

There are days when academics becomes overwhelming. Deadlines pile up, and sometimes students simply do not have their words to explain what they are feeling. Yet, having an adviser like Maโ€™am Rona reminds us that we do not always have to carry everything alone, that we donโ€™t have to pretend that we are strong always, and it is alright to rest in our safest place.

More than an adviser, she has become someone we can trust, someone who makes us feel appreciated, and genuinely loved. Someone who reminds us that we are capable of becoming better versions of ourselves and the comfort she gives of knowing that we have someone who listens, understands, and cherishes us.

Because sometimes, a hero is not the person who saves you from a risk. Sometimes, a hero is the person who simply stays, listens, empathizes with you, and makes you feel like you are never alone, but you are always loved.

Because, not all heroes wear capes, sometimes they hold chalk, teach and speak.
And that is ๐— ๐—ฎโ€™๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—ฅ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ, our safest place.

Happy Teacher's Day, Ma'am Ronalyn Bautista! ๐Ÿ’›

Our school hallways are always noisy, but the voices of our teachers always stands out as they try to guide us every day.

They are the ones who help us build our dreams, turning our boring classrooms into places where we can think about our future. They do not mind our messy handwriting or our sleepy faces because they choose to see the good potential in every student.

Even early in the morning before the first bell rings, these dedicated teachers are already busy planning ways to make our subjects fun. They patiently repeat math formulas, explain history stories, and check our long papers even when they look super tired. Their hard work is what helps us understand hard lessons that usually confuse us.

Good teachers do not just read what is written in our heavy textbooks; they make the classroom a safe space where it is totally okay to make mistakes. They easily notice when we are stressed out about schoolwork and give us a quick pep talk to boost our confidence. Because of them, we learn how to handle difficult school problems and face the real world outside.

We have a lot of great teachers on our campus, but one special person really stands out from everyone else. Our Grade 8 class adviser, ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜€, brings so much warmth that our classroom feels like a happy second home. The way she handles our class shows us that school can actually be nice when your teacher truly cares about you.

Every single teacher in our school shows a incomparable kind of kindness that helps us survive with our daily chaotic They manage to stay super understanding even when our class gets a bit too rowdy or noisy during the day. Their patient smiles at the front of the board are like a constant reminder that we are doing just fine.

The amount of hard work our teachers put in goes way beyond the regular school hours and the heavy lesson plans. We often see them staying behind late in their classrooms just to prep the visual materials and quizzes for the next morning. This quiet dedication shows how much they care about making sure nobody gets left behind in class.

What makes our school life so chill is how approachable and friendly our teachers are whenever we need help. No student has to feel scared or nervous about walking up to a teacher's desk to ask a simple question about a confusing topic. They always listen to us with open minds, treating us like actual people who are capable of doing great things.

This Teachersโ€™ Day, we want to give a massive shoutout to all the amazing educators who give their best every single day. Their energy leaves a lasting mark on our lives that we will definitely carry with us as we grow up. Thank you for being our steady guides, our daily inspiration, and the real heroes who keep our entire school running

And to ๐— ๐—ฎโ€™๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—”๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฎ, thank you for being more than just our teacher and adviser. Thank you for being someone who listens, understands, and believes in us even when we sometimes struggle to believe in ourselves. Your warmth and patience have made our classroom feel like a second home, and your guidance has left a mark that we will carry with us beyond Grade 8.

โ€ŽWhere Learning is More Fun is not just a tagline painted on a wall on Camp Tinio National High School. It is a virtue kept every day by the person in front of the classroom.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽCTNHS has a wide oval, CCTV-secured classrooms, a clinic, a library, and a gymnasium, but none of those make a school. What makes CTNHS a true home is its teachers.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽThey are the ones who turn a lesson into laughter, and a difficult topic into a story worth remembering. They arrive before the first bell, and stay long after the last student has gone home, checking papers, preparing lessons, and worrying about the child who was absent today. That is not just a job, it is more than that.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽIn their hands, learning becomes more fun because learning becomes more human. They do not just teach the subjects that students needs to know, they teach patience when we are slow to understand, courage when we are afraid to answer, and respect when we disagree. The oval can make us run faster, and the library can make us read more, but only a teacher can make us believe that we can be more than before.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽSo when we see that tagline on the wall, we do not just read it, we see it in them. In every piece of chalk dust, in every patient repetition, in every smile that says "try again." CTNHS stands not because of its buildings, but because of the people who give those buildings a heart.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽOn behalf of the entire students of CTNHS, we offer our heartfelt respect and deepest gratitude to all of you. Thank you for your unwavering dedication, your super long patience, endless sacrifices and for being our second parents, and our inspiration inside and outside the classroom. Your passion for teaching shapes not only our minds but also our character, and we are truly blessed to learn from each and every one of you. Teachers of Camp Tinio National High School, mabuhay ka!

Some storms arrive without warning. Others begin quietly, inside the people who are trying their best to keep going. And sometimes, all a person needs is someone who's willing to stand beside them until the rain passes.

That someone are the people who enter our lives like sunlight, and there are those who stay when the clouds arrive. They do not stop the rain; they simply make sure we never have to face it alone.

For 8-Enriquez (SPJ), that person is Maโ€™am Angela Dennise Marcos.

She is an adviser; but the word seems too simple for everything an adviser can become. An adviser is expected to guide a class, handle concerns, and keep things in order. But sometimes, an adviser becomes something more โ€” a person students know they can approach when things do not go as planned.

Maโ€™am Angela is someone who knows how to handle problems without allowing them to become bigger than they need to be. She listens to her students, not merely waiting for her turn to speak, but actually taking the time to understand what they mean.

In a classroom where every student carries a different story, being willing to listen can sometimes matter more than having the perfect answer.

Perhaps that is one of the quietest forms of leadership, and one of the virtues of being a good teacher.

To listen.

To not judge, but to understand.

To stay.

There is something comforting about knowing that when a problem comes, there is someone willing to face it with you. Not someone who promises that everything will always be easy, but someone who helps you find your way when it is not.

And maybe that is what makes Maโ€™am Angela memorable.

Not simply because she is good at handling problems, but because she handles them with the people involved in mind. She does not have to make every difficulty disappear to make her students feel supported. Sometimes, being there and listening is already a form of help.

Outside the classroom, she is more than an adviser.

She is someone who loves pickleball, someone who finds joy in the game and the moments that come with it. She is also a fur mom, caring for the animals that have become part of her life. These small details may seem ordinary, but they remind us that behind every teacher's name is a person with passions, responsibilities, and a life beyond the classroom.

Perhaps that is what makes her easier to appreciate.

We do not remember people only because of their titles.

We remember them because of the little things.

The things they love.

The way they listen.

The way they respond when something goes wrong.

The way they make a classroom feel less like a room filled with desks and more like a place where people are seen.

Sometimes, I think of an umbrella.

An umbrella cannot stop the rain from falling. It cannot change the clouds or command the storm to disappear. All it can do is provide a little shelter while the rain passes.

Maybe a good adviser is like that.

They cannot prevent every problem their students will face. They cannot control every storm that comes into a student's life. But they can stand close enough to say, in their own way, that you do not have to face it completely alone.

And perhaps Maโ€™am Angela is that kind of person.

The kind who stays.

The school year will eventually end. The classroom will be filled with different names, voices, and stories. The students of 8-Enriquez will move forward, carrying lessons from the people who became part of their journey.

But some people remain in our memories long after the classroom has changedโ€”not because they were the loudest or demanded to be remembered, but because when we needed someone to listen, they did.

When there was a problem, they stayed.

And when the rain came, perhaps they did not need to open an umbrella at all.

They simply stood beside us until it passed.

NEWS | CTNHS Strengthens Campus Safety with Newly Installed Walk-Through Metal Detector

To enhance safety and security measures across the campus, Camp Tinio National High School (CTNHS) began operating a walk-through metal detector system on September 22 2026.

The new modern equipment enables early detection of prohibited items to enter inside the school community, as part of the schoolโ€™s daily security measures to reduce potential risks to learners, teachers, and staff.

Following numerous cases of school shootings, Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary, Sonny Angara, called and encouraged schools to make a strong move in enhancing their safety measures after a series of shooting incidents.

โ€œBased on our audit, a number of schools need metal detectors which are important because there are students who are carrying knives and other items,โ€ Angara stated,

The walk-through metal detector system is now fully operational, with CTNHS implementing it as part of its daily screening protocols. The measure is intended to help strengthen campus safety and provides protection and a conducive learning environment for all learners and school personnel.

Batay sa pahayag ni Yuri Ana Sales, mag-aaral mula sa 10-Ressa, ramdam niya ang kaba bago at habang lumalahok sa patimpalak, lalo na't ito ang kaniyang unang pagsali sa isang pageant.

"Hindi talaga nawawala 'yung kaba while I'm performing on stage. First time ko sumali sa pageant, I feel so nervous, yet so thankful and excited all at the same time since I was given the chance to represent SPJ." saad ni Sales.
