Sleeping times of babies and kids.

For 3 to 5 years old, it is recommended that they sleep for 10-13 hours (including naps) per day, with 9 hours sleep at night and 1-2 hours nap at day time.

Sleeping Times For Babies And Kids Sleep or lack of sleep, has a great impact on the academic performance of a child or adolescent. What are the normal sleeping times and wake up times in the middle of the night?
