Did you know that June is a No Smoking Month? According to the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟖𝟑, 𝐬. 𝟏𝟗𝟗𝟑, June is observed as the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡. This Proclamation is to raise awareness about the harmful effects of smoking ci******es and using v**e. It encourages us to live healthy and a smoke-free lifestyle.

Smoking doesn't only affect the person who smokes, it also affects those people around them: their family, friends and even the community. By choosing to have a smoke-free lifestyle, you are one step closer to having a healthier and brighter future.

As June comes to an end, remember that choosing a healthier lifestyle doesn't end with National No Smoking Month. Every smoke-free day is a step toward a healthier future.

Say NO to smoking, but YES to heal is thy.
