Attention to all Grade 10 students:

To make our signing of clearance easier,each section must assign 1 representative who will collect all the accomplished exit interview forms and clearances. Once collected, please submit it to the hs guidance office for one time signing. Make sure all the requirements are completed.

You will be notified once your clearances are signed already.

Note: please get the exit interview form at the office.and kindly put your chosen strand and top 3 choice of school at the top right corner of the form.
