We are looking for a
Japanese Language and Culture Trainer

Qualifications for interested applicants:

-Bachelor’s degree holder;
-TESDA Trainers Methodology Level 1 Certification;
-Computer literate with background in Microsoft applications like PowerPoint Word, and Excel
-with good oral and written communication skills;
-Good coaching/facilitation skills
-Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N5 Passer or higher

Interested applicants are requested to submit their formal letter of intent and duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in person at our administrative office located at the Old Capitol, Cabanatuan City. Please be advised that applicants must also provide their professional credentials and supporting documents for verification purposes. Free language and technical skills training program of Language Skills Institute is a project of the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija through the leadership of Governor Aurelio M. Umali, Vice Governor Gil Raymond M. Umali, and Ma'am Cherry D. Umali.

We are accepting new student -trainees for the following LSI Language Programs:

-Contact Center Services NC II (144 Training Hours)
-Japanese Language and Culture (360 Training Hours)
-English Language and Culture(100 Training Hours)
Training Modality: Blended Learning (Combination of Face to Face and Online Sessions)

To enroll, please bring the following requirements:
- 1pc Passport size photo
- 1pcs 1x1 size photo
- 4 photocopies of H.S Diploma, Form-137, or College Diploma.
- 4 photocopies of PSA birth certificate
- 4 photocopies of Marriage Certificate (for married female enrollees

Today, the Training Support Fund of TESDA Nueva Ecija was distributed to the hardworking Contact Center Services NC II students of Nueva Ecija Language Skills Institute.

This remarkable effort by TESDA aims to support the education and training of individuals pursuing a career in the Contact Center industry, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this fast-paced and ever-evolving field. By investing in the growth and development of these students, TESDA is not only shaping the future of the workforce but also empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Completing the Contact Center Services NC II program comes with a multitude of benefits. Graduates of this course are equipped with the essential skills needed to succeed in customer service roles, including effective communication, problem-solving, and technical proficiency. Moreover, obtaining this certification opens up a wide range of employment opportunities in the booming BPO industry, both locally and internationally.
