Dalawang Novo Ecijano ang opisyal nang napili upang magtrabaho sa Japan matapos matagumpay na makapasa sa mahigpit na screening at interview ng Sanko Employment Solutions Inc.

Kinilala ng Nueva Ecija-Language Skills Institute (LSI) ang tagumpay nina Julie Ann B. Punay at John Daryl F. Villaflor, na naging bunga ng kanilang sipag, tiyaga, at dedikasyon sa pag-aaral ng wikang Hapon at paghahanda para sa international employment.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Nueva Ecija, sa pangunguna nina Governor Aurelio “Oyie” M. Umali at Vice Governor Gil Raymond “Lemon” M. Umali, ang pagbibigay ng mas maraming oportunidad sa mga Novo Ecijano sa pamamagitan ng libreng language at skills training na iniaalok ng LSI.

One Step Closer to Their Dream of Working in Japan!

The first batches of the Japanese Language and Culture weekday and weekend classes of the Language Skills Institute (LSI) reached another important milestone as they took the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) on July 5, 2025, at Centro Escolar University (CEU) in Manila.

The JLPT is more than just a language examination—it is one of the important qualifications required for many employment opportunities in Japan. By taking this examination, our trainees have moved one step closer to achieving their dream of working abroad and building a better future.

This milestone reflects the continuing commitment of the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), under the leadership of Governor Aurelio M. Umali and Vice Governor Gil Raymond M. Umali, in providing free and quality Japanese language and culture training through the Language Skills Institute. Through this program, Novo Ecijanos are equipped with the language skills and cultural knowledge needed to pursue international career opportunities.

The Language Skills Institute (LSI) proudly achieved a COMPLIANT result during the TESDA Compliance Audit on June 23, 2026, affirming its adherence to TESDA's quality standards and requirements for its Contact Center Services NC II Mobile Training Program and English Proficiency qualifications.

The compliance audit was conducted by a distinguished team of TESDA experts from the TESDA Provincial Office Pampanga, led by Ms. Ellen Z. Rivera as Lead Auditor, Senior TESD Specialist, with Ms. Ethel Joy P. Lugtu and Mr. Virgilio V. Rivera serving as expert auditors. The team conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the institute's programs, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with TESDA's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Compliance Audits are conducted by TESDA to ensure that Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) continuously comply with national standards in training delivery, curriculum implementation, facilities, learning resources, trainer qualifications, assessment procedures, and records management. These audits help maintain the quality and integrity of technical-vocational education and ensure that learners receive industry-relevant training that meets national competency standards.

Present during the audit were Ms. Salve Regina M. Bernardo, Records Keeper; Mr. Mark Lenn M. Zabat, Trainer; Mr. Mark Rei A. Carlos, Trainer; Ms. Shirley R. Pajarillo, Supervising Administrative Officer IV; and Ms. Maria Luisa R. Pangilinan, Program Director.

LSI extends its heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Aprill Liza S. Chua, UTPRAS Focal Person of the TESDA Provincial Office Nueva Ecija, for her invaluable support, guidance, and technical assistance throughout the compliance audit process.

This achievement reflects LSI's commitment to maintaining excellence in training delivery and providing quality language education that equips Novo Ecijanos with the skills needed for local and overseas employment opportunities.
