This directive excludes the John Wesley School of Law and Governance and the College of Medicine.
All university administrative and operational offices will maintain regular hours.

In line with directives from the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija and the City Government of Cabanatuan, face-to-face classes are suspended on August 18, 2026, and will shift to Alternative Learning Modes (ALMs).

-University offices will remain open and will operate as usual.

FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES SUSPENDED
Please be informed that face-to-face classes at Wesleyan University-Philippines are suspended effective 12:00 NN, August 17, 2026.
Classes will shift to Alternative Learning Modes (ALMs).
Regular office operations will continue until 5:00 PM.
This suspension is pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 127 issued by the President of the Philippines.
Please be guided accordingly and coordinate with your respective instructors or offices for further instructions.

Classes at all levels at Wesleyan University-Philippines are suspended tomorrow, August 10, 2026, except for the John Wesley School of Law and Governance and the College of Medicine, which shall be at the discretion of their respective deans.
Offices at WUP are open for all transactions.
Class suspension is in line with the announcement by the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija.

In line with the announcement of the Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija suspending classes at all levels in both public and private schools in the province tomorrow, August 6, 2026, CLASSES AT ALL LEVELS AT WESLEYAN UNIVERSITY-PHILIPPINES WILL SHIFT TO ONLINE MODALITY.
Faculty members are not required to report to campus and shall conduct their classes online.
Regular office operations at the University will be maintained. Deans, Principals, Directors, Heads, and their respective staff are required to report to campus and perform their regular office functions.

Mode of instruction will temporarily shift to synchronous or asynchronous mode. Students are advised to contact their teachers/instructors or their respective colleges and departments.
Suspension is due to the effects of Tropical Depression Luis and the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, and in line with the class suspension announced by the City Government of Cabanatuan.
