Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman

Brigada Eskwela 2026 has successfully concluded its four-day campus maintenance and school preparation for the upcoming Balik-Eskwela. This marks the opening of the doors for our learners to a new journey of academic growth and development.

Within these four days, our students, teachers, and facility workers came together in a collective effort in order to keep and maintain the school’s cleanliness ensuring their comfort in the campus as their “second home”.

A new learning environment is ready, now the question is, are you ready?

National Flag Days mark the period of remembrance and patriotism as Filipinos honor the Philippine flag, the enduring symbol of our nation's identity, freedom, and sovereignty. First unfurled during the Battle of Alapan in 1898, the flag stands as a testament to the courage and sacrifices of those who fought for our independence.

More than a national emblem, the Philippine flag reflects the values that unite us as one people—resilience, bravery, unity, and love for country. As we commemorate National Flag Days, may we continue to uphold these ideals in our daily lives and carry forward the legacy of pride and service that our flag represents.

A single hand cannot clap, but a plethora of them can applaud.

With a year of service dedicated to the Sci-Hi community, the SSLG has taken an oath to maintain and uphold dignity, integrity, and, most importantly, perseverance.

Throughout every endeavor, we have had not only each other but also the support of every student who entrusted us to serve and fulfill our duty. This support allowed us to grow, and the journey we have taken opens up even more opportunities for future student leaders to take action and be an inspiration.

With all the tireless efforts we have poured into our term, we only hope to leave with no regrets and live up to the responsibility we undertook. Fueling us throughout this journey were our fellow Scilinians, who trusted our actions and leadership. With the most heartfelt gratitude, we thank everyone who has been with us all the way.

To tie everything up, this is SSLG '25–'26 officially signing off.

The Supreme Student Learner Government (SSLG) is thrilled to share an announcement regarding the upcoming “ReCET: Your NExt Puzzle to Play,” hosted by the University of the Philippines Novo Ecijanos (UPNE).

This three-day initiative aims to equip high school students in Nueva Ecija with the tools needed to ace major college entrance exams.

Date: May 30 to June 1
Venue: Honorato C. Perez Sr. Memorial Science High School
Fees: ₱300 Registration Fee | ₱250 for Early Registration

Participants will gain access to a comprehensive preparatory experience, including intensive academic reviews covering core exam subjects and mock entrance exams to simulate the actual testing environment. Furthermore, students can explore various professional paths by attending the Career Orientation and Student Talks.

To conclude the recently held Battle of the Bands, each group showcased their own individuality and musical artistry, once again proving that Scilinians can excel in any field or genre. With their hearts on their sleeves and passion for trying, they acquired something far more valuable than any reward. Being an inspiration for self-expression and growth even through music.

We once again congratulate each band!

The official lineup for this year’s Battle of the Bands, taking place on February 27, 2026 is finally here. They are set to bring their own style and energy on to the stage, and are ready to showcase their talent and artistry.

Scilinians, take note of these participants and look forward to the exciting performances ahead. The stage is set for a memorable event filled with music, creativity, and school spirit.

The People Power Revolution, also known as the EDSA Revolution is not just a date. It is a reminder when a million people stood for what's right and chose hope over fear—anything is possible. It is a tale for us Filipinos to honor the past and protect the future of this nation. Let us continue fighting for the freedom we rightfully own and keep the legacy they fought for alive.

After forty years of the Filipino movement, may we never forget the it is the people who hold the power and we are the "people."
