For too long, many men have been taught to stay silent, to "be strong," and to carry their struggles alone. But true strength is not found in hiding pain, it's found in having the courage to face it and speak about it.

To every man fighting battles no one knows about, carrying responsibilities that feel overwhelming, or silently struggling behind a smile, you do not have to carry everything on your own.

Your feelings are valid. Your struggles matter. And asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of strength.

In the spirit of volunteerism and community service, The College of Engineering Student Council, Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE), volunteer faculty members, and the student councils of Araullo South Campus joined forces today for Brigada Eskwela 2026 at San Josef National High School.
Through collective effort and shared commitment, the participants contributed their time and skills to help prepare a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment for students as they gear-up for the new academic year. This initiative reflects the power of collaboration and the unwavering dedication of the academic community in supporting quality education, because every well-prepared classroom is a step toward a brighter future.

Ang pagdiriwang ng pride month ay higit pa sa pagkilala sa ating mga pagkakaiba. Ito ay paninindigan para sa kalayaan, pagkakapantay-pantay, at paggalang para sa lahat. Isang paalala na walang sinuman ang dapat maiwanan, husgahan, o pagkaitan ng karapatang mahalin at tanggapin dahil lamang sa kung sino sila.

Let us continue to build a community where diversity is embraced, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to be their authentic selves. Because a better future is one where love is free, equality is real, and respect is given to all.
