“It's accountability that we should examine. It appears that the shooter used legally issued fi****ms from the father. The owner of the gun should be accountable for the illegal use,” sabi ni Remulla. | via Karen De Guzman, ABS-CBN News

MTRCB SUMMONS IT'S SHOWTIME OVER ALLEGED INAPPROPRIATE, COLORIST REMARKS
The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) has issued a notice to appear to the producers and legal representatives of It's Showtime, GMA Network Inc., and ABS-CBN Corporation over complaints about the show's July 24 episode.
The complaints cite an alleged inappropriate scene involving hosts Vice Ganda and Ion Perez, as well as remarks made during the "Memerimar" skit in the Laro Laro Pick segment that some viewers described as racially insensitive and colorist.
The MTRCB has ordered the parties to appear before its Hearing and Adjudication Committee to determine whether the episode violated Section 3(c) of Presidential Decree No. 1986, which prohibits television content deemed contrary to law, good customs, public order, or public morals.

LeBron James move to the Philadelphia 76ers is projected by The Boyd Company to inject $250–$430 Million dollars into the local economy, driven by massive ticket demand, tourism, and team branding.
